How do I order?
We have tried to make ordering as simple as possible. Start from our home page and click on any of the Product Categories on the right side of your screen. Browse through list of coffee within each category. When you find an item you like, click on "Add to Cart". Be sure to note whole bean or ground. Like a real shopping cart, you can continue to add and remove items at will and can modify your order on the confirmation screen. When you are ready to make a purchase, click on "Continue Checkout" from the order confirmation screen. This will transport you to a secure part of the web server.
Is my order secure?
Yes! As soon as you hit "Continue Checkout", you will be transported to the secure part of our web site. The secure server utilizes Secure Socket Layers (SSL) and is considered the industry standard. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
When will my order come?
Coffee orders will ship within 2 – 4 days of order as they are fresh roasted on a schedule. We ship via UPS Ground service within the continental US. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped UPS 2nd Day Air. Orders over $500 receive FREE SHIPPING! (For more information below about the roaster and the roasting process, click here).

Return Policy
MidwestCoffeeShop.com offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all our Annick's Old World Coffees and Teas. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may send it back for a replacement. All returns are handled no questions asked and are replaced through the roaster or us without additional cost. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Please email sales@midwestcoffeeshop.com to arrange a return confirmation BEFORE you ship your order back. This allows us to track your return and make sure you are shipping to the correct address.
